In every second of our everyday life, we perceive more information than we are able to process and we needed to develop filter mechanism in order to prioritize and organize the information stream. Attention is supposed to be such a filter mechanism and it can be set upon different types of information, such as time, space or modality. Different types of attention can also influence each other and here, we investigate how attention towards modality and time are interacting with each other.

We are using auditory and tactile stimuli and probabilistic information in order to guide the participants attention and record their behaviour in a discrimination task.
